  • United States Olympic Committee
    • The U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC) is a federally chartered non-profit corporation accountable to the American people and Congress. USA Canoe/Kayak is the national governing body recognized by the USOC governing the Olympic sports sprint and slalom.
  • International Olympic Committee
    • The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is an international non-profit organization and serves as the umbrella organization of the Olympic Movement.  The goal of the Olympic Movement is to contribute to building a peaceful and better world by educating youth through sport practised without discrimination of any kind and in the Olympic spirit, which requires mutual understanding with a spirit of friendship, solidarity and fair play.
  • International Canoe Federation
    • The International Canoe Federation is the international federation recognized by the International Olympic Committee that governs nine disciplines of canoe/kayak racing in international competition.
  • Pan American Canoe Federation
    • The Pan American Canoe Federation is the continental governing body recognized by the International Canoe Federation (ICF) to oversee the nine ICF canoe/kayak disciplines in North, Central and South America.
  • United States Anti-Doping Agency
    • USADA is the United States Anti-Doping Agency, the independent, non-governmental anti-doping agency for Olympic sports in the United States. USADA is dedicated to preserving the well-being of Olympic sport, the integrity of competition and ensuring the health of athletes. USADA began drug testing of athletes on October 2, 2000 and is responsible for managing the testing and adjudication process of the athletes in the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement. USADA is equally dedicated to preserving the integrity of sport through research initiatives and educational programs.

  • U.S. National Whitewater Center
    • Located just outside of Charlotte, N.C., the USNWC is the world's largest artificial whitewater river and an official U.S. Olympic Training Site.  The USNWC is a locally owned and operated non-profit dedicated to promoting healthy, active, outdoor lifestyles.
  • Oklahoma City Boathouse Foundation
    • The Chesapeake Boathouse served as the location for the 2008 Flatwater Sprint Olympic Team Trials.
